Good Writer’s Blog

Anne Wayman, one of the Dream Jobs To Go authors, has an interesting blog aimed at writers.  While there are hundreds of writers’ blogs out there, what I like about Anne’s is that she writes from the trenches.  She’s not preachy and she delivers advice with a soft touch.

On top of that, she posts regularly and she’s been at it for well over a year now, so I trust she’ll keep at this.

In her blog at The Golden Pencil, she’s currently in the middle of a series called “31 Days to Better Freelance Writing,” and she’s had prior advice on how to eliminate the inevitable feast-and-famine aspect of freelancing, how to get paid for your work, and all sorts of other in-the-writing-business sorts of tips.

Among her dozens of writing credits,  Anne is the author of How to Bum Your Way Around the World on a Boat.

Check it out.

Thanks Michael… I’ll come back and re-read this when I need encouragement in the trenches.

Thanks for this link. I looked at The Golden Pencil and it looks great. I’m not ready to be serious about my writing but I try to keep the spark alive until I can make it into a flame!
