I wish I’d known earlier what I was passionate about.  At some point in my mid-30s, I realized that I could help smart people make better decisions about things on a scale that mattered . . . and that to me was tremendously fun!   I believe we’re all meant to discover our gifts and use them.  When we do, we get to perform and contribute and engage at a whole new level.
