What Your Words Tell You About Your Dream Job Intent
Written by Michael on July 22, 2008 – 2:26 am -I might create another site.
I might do that as well.
Cool, I might try it
I might go to that networking event.
I see blog comments and forum posts like that just about everyday and whenever I do the writer loses all credibility. I find when people say might you can safely swap it for won’t. By saying might you are putting off the actual decision until later (read never in 99% of cases), so next time you’re about to say might, change it to will or don’t bother saying it at all.
If you think I might be wrong, tell me in a comment, unless you’re thinking you might leave a comment.

I agree! Everyone has a million what-ifs, but attaining your dream job takes real work. I’ve found that creating a video resume and submitting it to every “dream” employer, no matter how far-fetched, is a great way to get started. You can make one at FutureResume.com, and they are also hosting a contest right now to win your dream job for a day.
