Teachers To Write Articles About Employment

1.  500-2,000 words.
2.  Written by the person who has done that job.
3.  Specific to your geographic region.

Teacher-Trainer Entrepreneurs Wanted

In one of my businesses, InfoSource, Inc. we’re starting up a new division and are looking for talented teachers and trainers with experience and proven classroom materials they would like to offer to other teachers.

If you are a teacher or trainer (any level, any discipline, any geographic region throughout the world – public, private, or commercial) and you have developed materials for use in the classroom (lesson plans, online classes, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, slide shows, or virtually anything else that can be transferred digitally), we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and manage recruiting and hiring of sales associates, including interviewing.
    Create and deliver sales skills training, telephone presentation training, and time management training, including creation of online training courses.
   Develop, implement, and evaluate training materials for inside sales, channel sales and resellers.
    Recruit new sales staff and mentor recently hired sales staff to maximize sales team effectiveness.
    Training project management of new and existing curriculum to ensure timely course development and roll out and course material distribution.

This is a highly visible position within the company and requires someone with strong leadership, motivation, instructor classroom presence, and related skills, and is ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves and train, motivate and mentor account executives through phone presentations, while meeting sales and productivity metric goals in an outbound calling, consultative selling environment.

What You Will Bring To InfoSource:
    Experience in sales training and project management, including recruitment and development of new telephone sales hires.
    Previous experience in design and development of online and offline courseware, course facilitation, and training delivery.
    Strong communication and platform skills.
    Ability to adapt, change, and thrive in an evolving, fast moving company.
    A get-it-done attitude with a strong work ethic.
    Success working in an inside sales outbound calling environment and the ability to share your “war stories” from your time on the sales floor.

    A background in management, technology sales and outbound call centers.
  
    Strong computer and Internet skills.
    College degree required.
    Desire to excel and make a difference.
    A “help-us-build-it, contribute to everyone’s success, no whining” attitude.
